PCI Slot Configurations for AVoption|XL Systems With Windows XP
This page documents supported PCI slot configuration for Pro Tools|HD and Pro Tools|HD Accel systems with AVoption|XL, with and without an expansion chassis.
Slot orders are labeled from top (starting with the monitor card) to bottom.
In any configuration that mixes AVoption|XL with Digidesign Pro Tools|HD cards, please make sure that the AVXL Meridien card and any storage cards (SCSI and/or FibreChannel cards) reside in slots that are on a different buss than your HD cards. Please look at the supported configs below.
