Newly Supported in Pro Tools M-Powered 7.0
Newly Supported in Pro Tools M-Powered 7.1* *Latest M-Audio device drivers required for support with Pro Tools M-Powered 7.1. DOWNLOADS Pro Tools M-Powered 7 is a free update for all Pro Tools M-Powered owners with the Pro Tools M-Powered 6.8 iLok authorization. The Pro Tools M-Powered 7 application requires a supported M-Audio audio interface and an iLok with Pro Tools M-Powered authorization. The M-Powered application will not open without the iLok authorization. These version 7.1 web installers are complete installers that do not require previous installation of Pro Tools M-Powered 6.8 or 7.0, just your M-Powered iLok authorization. In addition to English, Pro Tools M-Powered 7 and these installers include support for Japanese, Korean, Chinese Simplified, and Chinese Traditional Operating Systems. What's New in Pro Tools M-Powered 7.1? Pro Tools M-Powered 7.1 includes the following new or enhanced features: Additional M-Audio Interface Support The following M-Audio interfaces are newly supported in Pro Tools M-Powered 7.1:
Default Track Timebase when Creating New Tracks When creating tracks with the New Track command, the Track Timebase (samples or ticks) will default to the timebase that was last used for the track type in the New Track dialog. In addition, when creating new audio tracks with the Import > Audio to Track command or by dragging audio files into the timeline, the Track Timebase (samples or ticks) will default to the New Track dialog’s last used timebase for audio tracks. Exceptions are tick-based file formats (such as ACID and REX files), which will default to ticks. Support for Co-Installation of Pro Tools LE and M-Powered on the Same Computer Pro Tools LE 7.1 and Pro Tools M-Powered 7.1 can be installed on the same Digidesign-qualified computer.
