Notes:

Requires TDM termination using the TDM terminater provided. The TDM terminater is not necessary when all 5 nodes are inserted into cards.

One symptom of improper TDM termination would be crackling audio in record monitoring or playback (not written to disk).

The NuVerb/TDM card does not include any termination, so there should always be one node left after the NuVerb/TDM, with a TDM Terminator attached to that last node.
