Installation & Authorization
Soft SampleCell 3.1 ships with a floppy disk authorization and an iLok license card. Installation requires one of the following:

An iLok USB Smart Key, included with all Pro Tools|HD core systems or sold separately at Digidesign Dealers, the DigiStore, or see the "Where to Buy" section at www.ilok.com
Or if you do not have an iLok:

A qualified external diskette drive (floppy drive) to install the key disk authorization

Pro Tools TDM

Pro Tools version 5.1, 5.1.1, 5.1.3, or 5.2 software for Macintosh

(original Pro Tools|24 allows using DirectConnect as part of the "RTAS on disk tracks" feature in Pro Tools v5.1 or higher only) -
DirectConnect requires one free SRAM chip on a MIX system
(there are 3 SRAM chips on each MIX card.)
