To ensure correct operation read the Pro Tools TDM 5.3.1 Windows Addendum for optimization and BIOS settings. Included with Pro Tools 5.3.1 in your Digidesign/Pro Tools/Realease Notes & Documentation folder, or downloadable from the Technical Document Library in the Support section of the website.

Additional OS Notes:

• To ensure compatibility, check with the manufacturer of the various system devices you plan to use on Windows 2000, to ensure that you are using the latest Windows 2000 software or drivers.

• Pro Tools TDM 5.3.1 for Pro Tools|24 MIX or Pro Tools|24 systems is only supported on systems running Windows XP or Windows 2000. It can NOT be installed on systems running Windows NT, Me, 98, 95, or 3.1.

• Windows NT was only supported with Pro Tools version 4.2.6 thru version 5.0.1 (see Compatibility Archive)
