These updates should be used by:

• Pro Tools|24 & MIX owners with floppy disk authorized versions and Mac OS 9 should continue to use their existing version of Amp Farm.

Installation

Installing Amp Farm for Pro Tools TDM systems on Windows XP & 2000

The download includes a complete installer. To install:

1. Download the version of Amp Farm for your system
2. Expand the download*
3. Download and install the latest version of the iLok Drivers for Mac & Windows
4. Quit Pro Tools and any other open applications
5. Double-click on the installer application named "Amp Farm Setup.exe"
6. Follow the prompts

* Windows ZIP (.zip) format downloads should be downloaded to your local hard drive by choosing "Save to Disk", then expanded. Windows XP has the un-zip capability built into the XP operating system. After saving to your Desktop in Windows XP, right-click on the file and choose "Open". Windows 2000 requires a Zip utility such as WinZip, PKZIP, or Aladdin Stuffit Expander for Windows.

Installing Amp Farm for Pro Tools TDM systems on Mac OS X and Mac OS 9

The download includes a complete installer. To install:

1. Download the version of Amp Farm for your system
2. Expand the download with Stuffit Expander*
3. Download and install the latest version of the iLok Drivers for Mac & Windows
4. Quit Pro Tools and any other open applications
5. Double-click on the installer application named "Install Amp Farm"

* Mac downloads require Stuffit Expander 5.1.2 or higher, included with Mac OS X. Download Aladdin's FREE Stuffit Expander

The Amp Farm plug-in will now be available the next time that you use Pro Tools (Your authorized iLok must be inserted to use Amp Farm. See below)

Authorizing Amp Farm

Amp Farm 2.0 and higher requires an iLok authorization. Floppy disk authorizations will not work with this version.

All registered Amp Farm owners that are also registered for a Pro Tools|HD system were automatically sent an iLok License Card with authorization instructions to permanently authorize Amp Farm, or had Amp Farm authorizations deposited in their iLok.com account.

With the release of Amp Farm 2.0 and higher, new purchases of Amp Farm include the iLok License Card with the package.
