Download Instructions — Pro Tools TDM 6.2.3b1 Beta Update

For best results, use the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator for Mac OS X. Other browsers, such as Apple's Safari, may not work properly with this download. This Mac download is a 15.4 MB OS X Disk Image format (.dmg) encoded as MacBinary (.bin) file that requires Stuffit Expander version 5.1 or higher, included with Mac OS X.

  • Click on the Apple icon below to download the Pro Tools 6.2.3b1 Update to your local hard drive.
  • Once the download is complete, double-click the downloaded file to decode if it does not expand automatically. You should then have a disk image named Pro Tools 6.2.3b1.dmg.
  • Double-click on the disk image to mount it on your desktop if it does not mount automatically
  • If Stuffit Expander fails to do anything with the file and quits immediately, that is a sign that the downloaded file extension has been incorrectly renamed during the download.
