This special offer is for Digidesign customers who purchase a Pro Tools|24 or Pro Tools|24 MIX to Pro Tools|HD or HD Accel Hardware Exchange between January 15, 2004, and March 31, 2004 only. Other hardware exchanges and new system purchases before January 15, 2004 or after March 31, 2004 are not eligible for this promotion. Users that have qualified for this promotion already have the HDpack v5.0 plug-ins and authorizations. If you have provided your iLok.com account name and registered your iLok there, Digidesign Customer Service Administration will deposit your authorizations to your iLok.com account.

Due to the great response to this special offer, we ask that you please be patient while we process your registration and deposit your assets to your iLok.com account. You will need those authorizations on your iLok to permanently authorized your plug-ins, and you will need the following versions of these plug-in installers:

What if I am eligible for this special offer, but I received the HD Pack v6.0 with my hardware exchange? How do I get the rest of my plug-ins?

Customers that qualified for this special hardware exchange offer that receive the HD Pack v6.0 plug-ins will already have most of the plug-ins included in this offer. To get the additional plug-ins, qualifying customers that have completed the hardware exchange to Pro Tools|HD 1, HD 2 Accel, or HD 3 Accel system will need to download the Pultec EQ Bundle above. Once your hardware exchange registration has been processed and your iLok.com account name has been received by Digidesign, your authorizations for the Pultec bundle will be deposited into your iLok.com account.

In addition, qualifying customers that have completed a hardware exchange will automatically be shipped license cards with authorizations for the additional HD Pack v5.0 plug-ins for their system:

Installation & Authorization

If you have the HD Pack v5.0 CD, your iLok authorizations for your Bomb Factory plug-ins included in these special offers can only be deposited to your iLok.com account, whether you download or install from the HD Pack v6.0 CD. License cards are not available for these special offers. For more information about the iLok USB hardware key and iLok.com, please see the following page:

The downloads above require the iLok authorizations deposited into your iLok.com account. These plug-ins will not work with previous Bomb Factory legacy authorzations. If you own previous Bomb Factory products, you will need to use the version of the plug-ins included with that product, or these update and backup versions:

Download & Installation Help

  • If you experience download or decoding problems, see Download & Website Help
  • Mac OS X:
    • MacBinary (.bin) downloads require Stuffit Expander 5.1.2 or higher (included with Mac OS X)
    • Once the download has been saved to your local hard drive, double-click on the downloaded .bin file to expand it if it has not already expanded.
    • You should then have an OS X Disk Image, with the extension .dmg
    • Double-click on the disk image to mount the image on your desktop
    • Quit Pro Tools if it is open
    • Run the installer and follow the prompts
  • Windows XP:
    • Windows ZIP (.zip) format downloads should be "Saved to Disk" first, rather than opened on the internet. ZIP compressed files can be expanded on Windows XP systems by right-clicking on the downloaded files and choosing "Open".
    • Quit Pro Tools if it is open
    • Run the installer and follow the prompts
  • Download Aladdin's FREE Stuffit Expander for Mac or Windows
