Digidesign now offers the Support Assurance program (formerly called Digidesign Passport Services). The Support Assurance program enables you to extend technical support for hardware and software products with one of three levels of enhanced phone support and repair/replacement coverage.
Also available are new Hardware Assurance options (sold separately) to extend the warranty on your Digidesign hardware.

Priority Support Assurance
Extend your complimentary phone-based product support for a year past the warranty period. Priority Support Assurance gives you toll-free phone access to comprehensive Digidesign Technical Support, and priority access to senior support staff, for a full year. Get support fast for your Pro Tools Core and expansion cards, hardware interfaces and peripherals, and software.

Standard Support Assurance
Digidesign Standard Support Assurance offers an easy and effective way to extend the complimentary phone-based technical support coverage on your Digidesign products for a full year past the warranty period. Standard Support Assurance is all-inclusive coverage for Pro Tools Core and expansion cards, interfaces and peripherals, and software.

*If you own more than one system, you will need to buy a separate Support Assurance contract for each system. Each additional contract is 60% of the price of the first Support Assurance contract.

Digidesign Hardware Assurance

The Digidesign® Hardware Assurance option lets you extend the worry-free warranty period for your new Digidesign hardware product for a full year after your original hardware warranty expiration date. Enjoy the same outstanding Digidesign repair and replacement services for twelve more months.
Terms and Conditions
The Digidesign Hardware Assurance program is available for nearly all currently shipping Digidesign hardware products. You can purchase the extended warranty at any time during the product’s initial warranty period. Currently, the Digidesign Hardware Assurance program offers only a one-year extended warranty. The additional year of warranty coverage is added to existing warranty coverage.
The optional extended warranty grants the original purchaser an additional year of warranty (after the initial product warranty expires) on the same terms outlined in the ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON HARDWARE printed on your registration card.
