How to Purchase the Pro Tools 5.1.3 TDM Mac OS 9 Upgrade

  • If you already have Pro Tools 5.1, you can download the free 5.1.1 updater

  • If you do not already have Pro Tools 5.1, you can purchase an upgrade from any TDM version 5.0.1 or older of Pro Tools to Pro Tools 5.1.3 for Mac for $195 (USD)

  • The Pro Tools 5.1.3 Mac upgrade is available online from the DigiStore using our secure credit card transaction process. (requires MasterCard, Visa or American Express)

  • Note: if your country is not listed as an option in the DigiStore order form, you must upgrade through the Digidesign office or distributor where your Pro Tools system is registered.

  • Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from time of purchase to receive your shipment.

How to Purchase the Pro Tools 5.3.1 for TDM Windows Upgrade

  • If you already own Pro Tools 5.1, you can download Pro Tools 5.3.1 for Pro Tools|24 and Pro Tools|24 MIX systems on Windows XP & 2000.

  • If you do not already have Pro Tools 5.1, you can purchase an upgrade from any TDM version 5.0.1 or older of Pro Tools to Pro Tools 6.1 for Windows XP for $195 (USD).

  • If you purchased a Pro Tools|24, Pro Tools|24 MIX, or Pro Tools|24 MIXplus system on or after September 1, 2000, and have registered that system with us, we have automatically shipped the update to 5.1 TDM to you free of charge.

  • If you already have Pro Tools 5.1, you can download the free 5.1.1 updater

  • If you are not able to download the Pro Tools 5.1.1 Updater, contact your Authorized Digidesign Dealer for information on how to obtain the Pro Tools 5.1.1 Updater CD.
